Background
Working with clients across Europe
I started as a consultant at PwC, then co-founded CastPrint — a 3D-printed medical device for fracture treatment. We took it from an old children's hospital in Riga to 1,000+ patients across Europe, the UK, and the US, with regulatory approval and 7 clinic partnerships.
After that, I spent 4 years as an investor at Verge HealthTech Fund, investing in early-stage healthtech across 6 continents. I saw the same pattern everywhere: smart teams buried in manual operations, spending their time on work that should have been automated years ago.

Most engagements are €2,500–€5,000 for a complete workflow audit + working prototype + handover, delivered in days to 2 weeks. Ongoing support retainers start at €500/month. I'll give you an honest estimate in our first call — no surprises.
How long does it take?
You'll see a working prototype on your actual data within days. Full engagement including handover typically runs 1-2 weeks. I move fast because I work solo with AI-native tools — no coordination overhead.
What if the automation doesn't work for my use case?
You see it work before you commit to the full engagement. If I can't demonstrate meaningful time savings on your real workflow, you don't pay for the build phase. I'll tell you honestly in the first call if automation doesn't make sense for your situation.
Do I need technical staff to maintain this?
No. I build for handover to non-technical teams. Systems include documentation, and most run on infrastructure that costs under €50/month. If you do have technical staff, even better — I'll hand over clean, tested code.
Why not use an off-the-shelf AI tool or SaaS?
