A 21-item DFI compliance package, through institutional sign-off

A venture fund needed a full Environmental & Social Management System to clear a development finance institution's standards before a major institutional investor would sign. 21 action items across policies, procedures, templates and contractual provisions, all aligned to IFC Performance Standards. Assembling it by hand across Word, Excel and PDF would have taken weeks.

Common questions

What's the catch with the free teardown?

There isn't one, but there is a limit. I build each teardown myself, so I do two a month and I pick them from what people describe in the form. If yours isn't a fit I'll say so quickly rather than leave you waiting. Nothing is owed either way, and there's no follow-up sequence.

How much does this cost?

Most engagements are €2,500 to €5,000 for a workflow audit, a working prototype and handover, delivered in days to 2 weeks. Ongoing support is priced per engagement once we know the shape of it. I'll give you an honest estimate on the first call.

How long does it take?

You'll see a working prototype on your actual data within days. Full engagement including handover typically runs 1-2 weeks. I move fast because I work solo with AI-native tools, so there's no coordination overhead.

What if the automation doesn't work for my use case?

You see it work before you commit to anything. That's what the teardown is for. If I can't demonstrate meaningful time savings on your real workflow, there's nothing to buy, and I'll tell you straight if automation doesn't make sense for your situation.

Do I need technical staff to maintain this?

No. I build for handover to non-technical teams. Systems include documentation, and most run on infrastructure that costs under €50/month. If you do have technical staff, even better, and I'll hand over clean, tested code.

Why not use an off-the-shelf AI tool or SaaS?

If Zapier or a SaaS tool solves your problem, I'll tell you to use it. I build custom systems for workflows that generic tools can't handle: multi-source compliance screening, domain-specific CRMs, document assembly that matches your exact regulatory requirements.
